Technetix is working with manufacturing sites which are accredited to the ISO9001 quality and the ISO14001 environmental management systems.
Facilities and production
Most of our extensive product range is manufactured in Asia. These vertically integrated sites handle the whole manufacturing process from automated surface mount and through-hole PCB assembly (to RoHS and REACH standards), zinc and aluminum die-casting, plastic injection molding, final assembly, testing and packaging. All sites have standards laboratories to enable full-batch qualification of products.
Regular supplier visits enable us to strengthen partnerships, provide support and streamline processes, throughout new product development and during the manufacturing process.
Quality assurance
Technetix strives to manage quality at source. Our quality management system is certified to the ISO9001:2015 standard, providing the framework for monitoring all quality processes and QC inspections.
- Our onsite quality control engineers in Asia work closely with our manufacturing partners ensuring that suppliers maintain quality on their production lines. We monitor and assure the quality of Technetix products before releasing to our warehouses globally. Inspection is in accordance with the ISO2859-1:1999 (MIL-STD 105E) assured quality standard and QC inspections are pre-determined relevant to each product. Full batch code traceability is in place for all products.
- Technetix operates a strict product approval process for validating the first production batch of samples and approving goods for mass production, ensuring we keep control of product design and development from conception to delivery.
- Engineering changes and product deviations are tightly controlled by the manufacturer. Should an issue occur, our complaints system and robust corrective and preventative action process will ensure it is not only resolved but is used to help drive continuous quality improvement (Kaizen).
- Regular factory reviews and assessments ensure we drive quality, compliance and performance within the wider supply chain.
